This is an awesome trail. It starts off steep switching from double to single tracks. Once it opens up it has jumps and tight corners all the way down. Defiantly a spot to check out.
Go to the top of Oaks Dr. And make a left on Dunham way. the entrance to the trail wil be down on your left. Take the trail all the way down to mission blvd where u can park at the Plunge (swimming pool) and shuttle back and forth.
